Astro Lurch v0.7 – Achievements, Badges & a Longer Tutorial

v0.7 is live. It brings 64 achievements with badges for your profile, three new tutorial phases and a new Help page.

Achievements

  • 64 achievements across economy, research, fleet, combat, espionage, expansion, alliances, trade and missions.
  • Most achievements have tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier has its own badge frame.
  • Account achievements count across all universes, for example Multiverse Settler for holding planets in several universes or Loyal Commander for logging in on many different days.
  • Secret achievements stay hidden until you unlock them. The Achievements page only shows how many are still waiting to be found.
  • Open Achievements in the sidebar to see your progress and claim your rewards.

Lurchium rewards

  • Every tier pays Lurchium once: Bronze 10, Silver 25, Gold 50, Platinum 100, Diamond 200.
  • Lurchium goes to your account balance, so you can use it in every universe.

Already done it? You get it.

  • Achievements you have already reached are credited automatically, together with their Lurchium. Open the Achievements page or just keep playing, the game checks regularly.
  • Each tier is paid only once.
  • Some lifetime counts start with this update: completed expeditions and missions, recycled debris, defensive victories and victories against NPC factions.

Profile badges

  • Every achievement tier comes with its own badge.
  • Pick up to 6 badges and show them on your public profile. You choose which ones.

Tutorial

  • The tutorial continues after your first colony with three new phases:
    • Phase 7: Shadow Operations – build a probe squadron, send your first espionage mission and improve your Espionage Technology.
    • Phase 8: First Strike – assemble a strike group, launch your first attack and read the combat report.
    • Phase 9: Stronger Together – join an alliance or found your own.
  • Finish all phases and claim Commander Graduated for 100 Lurchium.
  • An espionage mission or attack counts once it reaches its target. A fleet that has already returned home still counts for the tutorial.
  • Locked phases are now visible in advance, so you can see what comes next.

Help page

  • The new Help page at https://astro-lurch.com/help explains resources, buildings, research, fleets, espionage, combat, alliances, Lurchium, universes and the tutorial.
  • You find it in the game menu, in the footer and on the login page.

Fixes

  • The footer shows the correct game version.
  • The Deep Core Drill upgrade button on the buildings page now stops at your doctrine's level cap.
  • The Atomic Assembler now uses its correct name everywhere in the game.
  • Various smaller fixes.

Good luck hunting badges, and let us know which ones you would like to see next.
